The Scottish-Russian ARS and the European PSK Club have the honour to invite the radio amateurs all over the world to participate in the 5th CIS DX RTTY Contest 2008.

Please check the rules as there are important changes. Since 2008 it's a RTTY contest only.
Starting time is at 12:00 UTC on Saturday 20.09.2008; ending time is at 12:00 UTC on Sunday 21.09.2008.
Everybody can work everybody for QSO and multiplier credit.
