Contest is always on the last full weekend of August. All licensed operators throughout the world are invited to participate. Also open to SWLs.
OBJECT: Participation: YL works everyone, OMs & Clubs work YLs only.
One contest (combined phone and CW) run over 30 hours.
STARTS: Saturday 29 August 2009 at 0600 hours UTC (4pm EST)
ENDS: Sunday 30 August 2009 at 1159 hours UTC (9.59pm EST)
Bands to be used are 3.5, 7, 14, 21, and 28 MHz only.

40m. Band SSB, going to work split or use new Freq. allocations in the USA we have 7.125 - 7.300, however on lower sideband as we all operate here we must maintain our TX at 7.128 and up i.e. 7.128 thru 7.300, I think you have privilege there to 7.200 de AC6DX/ Steven
